Dr. Teneka Gash, LPC, NCC, RSW

Dr. Teneka Gash is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Registered Social Worker, counselor educator, mentor, and founder of Simplistic Solutions Counseling & Wellness Services, LLC. She holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, a Master of Education in School Counseling, and a Bachelor of Social Work.

With experience across clinical mental health, schools, higher education, and community settings, Dr. Gash understands the importance of meeting people where they are. She supports children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, burnout, maternal mental health concerns, and life transitions through compassionate, person-centered, culturally responsive care.

Her work focuses on helping individuals transform awareness into action by developing practical strategies that support personal growth, professional success, and overall well-being.
