Dr. Teneka Gash, LPC, NCC, RSW

Dr. Teneka Gash, PhD, LPC, NCC, RSW, is the owner and founder of Simplistic Solutions Counseling & Wellness Services, LLC, a practice dedicated to promoting personal growth, professional development, and overall well-being through wellness-based approaches, practical strategies, and compassionate support.

Dr. Gash is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Registered Social Worker, counselor educator, and mentor. She holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, a Master of Education in School Counseling, and a Bachelor of Social Work. She is licensed in Louisiana and holds Counseling Compact privileges in Indiana and Ohio.

With experience spanning clinical mental health, K–12 education, higher education, and community settings, Dr. Gash provides person-centered, culturally responsive counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, burnout, maternal mental health concerns, and life transitions.

Simplistic Solutions offers counseling, professional development and training, leadership development, wellness programming, speaking engagements, mentorship, and organizational consultation. Through evidence-based education, wellness-based strategies, practical skill-building, and compassionate support, Dr. Gash empowers individuals, professionals, schools, and organizations to strengthen resilience, enhance emotional wellness, and cultivate meaningful growth.
